Technical support specialist

NCT group is looking for a technical support /installation specialist for working in Peru, Lima.

Functions:
1. Technical support of firmware complex
2. Installation and adjustment of firmware complex
3. Training of firmware complex users
4. Loading, preventive measures and terminal hardware repair works
5. System administration on NCT office in Lima
During training period a business trip to Russia (2 weeks).
Requirements:
- Education: higher technical education
- Foreign languages: Spanish and English fluent
- driving license, В category
- own car - desirable
- Experience: 1 year

Necessary skills:
OC Windows - advanced user, network architecture, basic foundation of data transmitting organization, basic foundation of data base formation. Experience of system administration.

Additional:
Desirable - experience of SQL- inquiry building, experience of working with POS-terminal hardware.

Personal characteristics: decency, responsibility, intelligence, result orientation (possibility of unnormalized working in case of need, benevolent approach to clients, skills for training, independence.
